NetShare Help!

I have the NetShare app for my iphone but it doesn't seem to work. i read the instructions and watched many tutorials but it still doesn't work. please watch the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-VQqFHSro0) and please let me know if you see me skipping a step or doing something wrong. please help

And i get this error message in safari.

Did you set up your Mac to use the SOCKS proxy, not HTTP or HTTPS? Does your iPhone and Mac have compatible IP address, existing on the same subnet, with the iPhones address in both systems as the gateway?

I know when I did it, it would work.. but I would have to refresh the page sometimes when it would come up with that screen.
