NetShare iPhone 3G tether app available in App Store

I was just checking out the app store and there is a program from Nullriver called netshare for $9.99 that let's you tether your iPhone 3g with your laptop so you can share the Internet connection. HAHA no more reasons to jailbreak yay!!!

Except that it doesn't seem to be available for the US iTunes store.

maybe they realized it's agaisnt att's terms

back to the terminal method that only half works for me.
