Which countries can this app still be purchased in. Also, is it possible to temporarily change your iTunes accounts country to buy the app and then change it back? Anyone with experience with this?

Besides the app being taken off all stores (you can also check this yourself, by selecting a different country's store), your account is bound to your current geographic location. I.e. you can only buy and authorize apps and titles which are available for your location. Even using a credit card from another country causes problems.

When it comes to Music titles, I heard of people having problems playing their songs, if they moved to another country, with a new address, credit card etc...

Wow. That's really too bad. Here's hoping someone figures out a way to get this on an iPhone without having to jailbreak/unlock. If not, I may end up having to do so. Such a shame. I missed it by less than half an hour.
