I've noticed this happens since ML upgrade, however Carbon copy cloner was updated at the same time so it could be related.
From the CCC.log:
08/06 04:04:49 [INFO] Volume mounted: "/Volumes/NO NAME"
08/06 04:04:49 [INFO] Volume mounted: "/"
08/06 04:04:49 [INFO] Volume mounted: "/Volumes/Data"
08/06 04:04:49 [INFO] Volume mounted: "/Volumes/Data Backup"

08/06 04:11:18 [INFO] Volume unmounted: "iTunes Backup"
08/06 04:11:18 [INFO] Volume unmounted: "iTunes"
08/06 04:11:18 [INFO] Volume unmounted: "iTunes Backup"
..so the backup is done and it unmounts the network drives (not part of the schedule I might add but it does it anyway, part of sleep perhaps?)
System log says the following:
06/08/2012 04:05:02.035 KernelEventAgent[89]: tid 00000000 type 'afpfs', mounted on '/Volumes/iTunes Backup', from '//adam_m@aebs-home.local/iTunes%20Backup', not responding

So are the two related? Anyone else seeing this? I never used to have to manually re-mount my network drives after waking it up.
Thanks!!
