Network Connection Issue

I've got an old (at least 10 years) Airport Extreme. I find that my iPhones and iPad keep getting very low connection. For example, if I'm looking at Facebook, the text will appear, but image will not. If I'm streaming netflix, the stream stops. I go to settings and just turn the wifi off and on, and this will fix the problem. Sometimes for a few days, sometimes just for a few hours or less.

Is this an issue with my router?

Go to fast.com (netflix server) and check you speed.

It could be your router, modem, or a neighbor with a baby monitor (for example) causing wifi interference....

I would reboot the cable modem and the router if you haven't done so already.
