Has anyone actually got this working?

I can't seem to connect to the online play for Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. But I could do just fine on my PC. Is there any settings I must make to play it? Note: I can run the game just fine, playing online is the problem.
 
Can you tell me how you installed pro evolution on your pc? I can't seem to find the appropriate torrent to download. Can you help me please?
