OS X Network problem playing Guild Wars 1 on Mac

Hi

I play GW1 via my mac mini late 2012 using wineskin, but the connection is so unreliable I cant stay connected even for just 5 minutes some days.

However I can play it via my windows laptop in the same place using the same router and connection. I can't decide whether its my Macs wireless connectivity strength or whether wineskin is interupting my connection some how.

Any ideas? Does anyone have the same problem?

ps. I prefer to play using my mac because the specs and much better and the monitor is also much much clearer than my laptop.

Solved

In case any body else is suffering the same problems, I have solved this issue by running Guild Wars through this cider port instead:

You need to sign up in order to download but this has solved the issue stated above!
