Things were going rather smoothly and well with my Big Sur 11.2.3 installation on a MacPro5,1 thanks to OCLP 0.1.8, but at some point after operation for several hours networking just suddenly stopped working. Not only did the ethernet port traffic halt, but connecting wireless didn't resolve and even a `ping <GATEWAY_IP>` simply would not even respond and `control-c` would not stop / kill the process. `sudo reboot` "resolved" the issues in that things were back in working order on reboot.

Anyone see such a thing or have any idea of what could have happened?

I just upgraded to Big Sur 11.5. On Catalina, Ethernet connection via Plugable USB C dock worked flawlessly. Now Ethernet connection drops after a few minutes. Had to switch to WiFi.

I sense this is the same problem that other users have reported.
