Networking Printer

Hi. I have a Dell 8400 w/ XP which is HardWired to a Linksys Router. Then, my Mac Mini is connected to the Router over Wireless. The Mac Mini is connected to an HP PSC-1500. How can I set it up so my Dell can print to the HP, over the network? I know there is Bonjour but does my Mac Mini have to be awake and ready to print (No Screensaver/Sleep)? Do I have to authorize it to print from my Mac Mini? Here is a Photoshop Image of my network.

And then System Preferences -> Sharing -> Services tab -> turn on Windows Sharing
