Never set a parental pass..but

Howdy..

Black Apple TV, never had a problem. I did the recent update, went to Netflix, no problem. But I then went to YouTube and I was asked for the 4 digit parental control pass. Huh? I never set one.

I tried all the usual defaults: 1234, 1111, 4444, etc...nothing works.

So what's up with this? Anyone experience the same problem? And how do I fix it?
