Thanks!

My vote goes for Octember 32nd.

And as the gal/guy/robot above me pointed out, the Search function of the forums might not be as fast as Spotlight, but it still has invaluable importance. Every time you don't use the search function before posting, God kills a kitten, or a puppy, if kittens are not your thing.

It seems doubtful that Apple will release a 12" MBP before Macworld in January; the Oct 30 and Nov 6 dates are in reference to an upgrade for the Macbook. Rumors are saying as small as a processor bump to as large as the Santa Rosa chipset with new Intel X3100 GPU and a new aluminum case.

I'm running leopard on an old 12" PB

It works fine! I do have 1 1/4 GB of memory on there and I don't do much with the laptop other than surf the web and check email, but I love the form factor - I wish Apple would come out with another laptop as small or smaller and do it soon...

The search option on this forum kinda sucks... someone could use it and still have a question - unless they spent hours and hours going through the eleven pages worth of search results, most of which don't actually match to the terms they searched for.

im hoping for never, because a month after they do people will be asking when the NEXT update will be, its only been 4 months people, chill

not to mention once they are announced we're going to have all of the:

OMFG I JUST EFFING BOUGHT A NEW MACBOOK AND THEY ANNOUNCED A NEW ONE!!!111!!!!!!111!one!1!!!!! HOW DARE THEY!??!??!//1?1!?

threads...those are always fun

Wow...

I didnt think they would come out with a 12 in, they have the 13 in macbooks... I hope they come out with a 12" macbook pro, I would be on top of that in a second, I love my 12" PB buts its gettin to slow... and I want Leopard :-D
