I just got my new MBP M2 Pro two days ago. I moved up from an Intel MBP 15, i7 16gb (2018) version.
First, the keyboard is a massive improvement. But I guess they may have made that the number one priority. My 2018 kybd had been repaired once and replaced once.
I had no trouble with Migration Assistant. There were no incompatible apps/programs. The process was seamless. Pretty impressive, even.
The speed increase is amazing.
The 2018 had the AMD discrete GPU. Of course, the new one has the GPU on the die. Blazing fast video rendering.
I can't find a flaw and I have used it about 18 hours since setting it up. So, I am about wipe the older one and get it ready to move on.
I just thought it would be nice to see a happy comment about the new Apple offering.
