Need more information

What program are you running?
What other programs are you running at the same time or in the background?
Plugged into the mains, or on battery?
Have you set the machine to never sleep and for best performance, while it is plugged in?

Still slow responce.Why?

I set keyboard preferences to fast and delay i set to off.Computer is set to maximum perfomance.I am using Max-MSP and no other programs on background , pluged in mains.

Do you have Max 4.6.3? You really want Intel native code.

Do you suffer the same delays if you hook up a MIDI keyboard or other controller - as opposed to triggering from the Mac's keyboard?

How much RAM do you have in the new machine?

Please dont be funny, what is the relationship between RAM quantity and keyboard resonse, so you meant higher the RAM better the response :D

No, I mean we are looking for things which delay response. If you use a program that requires more RAM than the machine has, the machine has to PageOut to the hard drive, which takes more time. (Especially if the hard drive has spun down!) So More RAM wouldn't necessarily speed it up, but too little RAM could slow it down.
