new ac/dc song?

ok...so i'm excited about the new ac/dc CD.

Their first single should be released anything soon (they said August and it's already mid-month).

So, i thought it'd start this thread to work collectively on letting each other know when they heard the song and where (ie. which radio station or website). the latter so we can click the link.

Of course, if you don't like ac/dc, no problem...just ignore us :)
 
85 looks and no replies. must not be alot of ac/dc fans out there!

just heard that the new single will be released on aug.26th. check your local radio stations.
 
I heard about this yesterday on my local classic rock station. I haven't heard anything about a single, but what I did hear was that the whole album will be released in October. I can't wait!:)

yup...the week of October 20th. A long wait which is going to drive me nuts, but Metallica's "Death Magnetic" will be out Sept. 12th so that will tide me :)

yup..and they rock imho. if it ain't broke, don't fix it :)

yes.. maybe copy and paste from the past albums, but still sounds great.

I don't they're a 'coldplay' or u2, trying different things...nothing wrong with it.

but ac/dc, they just play straight up rock n'roll. You know what you get from them.

can't wait for their tour, although they're not hitting Canada until at least the New Year.
 
All I know is that Let Me Put My Love Into You is a cool song...

...until I heard the title. Racy words (as usual with them I guess), but sound-wise, cool.

i didn't even know they had a music forum here. hard to believe after the time i've spent here. :eek:

if any demi-god is out there, please duly move this thread.

btw, the song is out. love it. same old ac/dc. no sense changing anything if it works :)
