My MM account is due to expire in 30 days and I have acquired a new activation code. Do I have to wait until the day before expiration for instance, to apply the new code so I don't lose any days, or can I go ahead and input the code now and it will not actually start the new 1 year subscription until the old subcription ends?

IOW, what happens if I enter the new code now instead of waiting for it to almost expire?
THANKS!

For those who don't know, if you put in an activation code early it appends that time onto whatever time you have remaining.

Honestly I'm not sure why people are confused about this, I don't really see how they could make it such that it didn't append onto the end of your subscription. I've never seen a subscription type service penalize you for renewing early.
