That would be nice I guess but I'm not sure it does enough for me to pay for it, even if it is only .99. I think I'll buy a double cheeseburger and touch my mail icon instead.

I don't always remember to check my email every ten minutes. I would rather have my phone vibrate and let me know when I receive a new email, like when I get an SMS.
