Hi everybody,
Since tomorrow the Olympic Winter-Games will open, I wanted to point you to my latest creation "Historic Olympic Medal Table".
"Historic Olympic Medal Table" offers a fast and easy access to all the medals ever attributed at the Olympic Winter Games. Imagine yourself being a sportscaster reporting about the Olympic Games and you would like to look up how many medals Eric Heiden or Bonnie Blair won, or you simply want to impress your friends with your founded background knowledge — then, "This is the App for that".
With an appealing and well layout interface it is easy to access all the 2311 medals attributed from the first Olympic Winter Games 1924 in Chamonix France to the 20. 2006 in Turin Italy. The medals are displayed with additional information as the result (time or points) and an indicator if this result was a new world- olympic record at the time.
The medal-archive can be browsed either by editions of Olympic Games or by winning nations. Via a list of the sports-categories you get a listing of the corresponding medals.
Alternatively the list of the athletes can be searched by name in order to list all the medals won by the selected athlete.
Finally there is also a section with additional information and facts about all the hosting cities.
