new app store doesn't always show prior purchases

Some times when I click on my name on the bottom it shows all my past purchases and sometimes it doesn't. Very strange. Not sure what makes it change.

For the app that isn't showing (& you have installed on your device right now,)

can you do a search for the app & see if says whether you have to pay for the app again or not?

Yes it shows that I have the app when I search for it.
