do you have to have a certain connection speed for it to work? will apple tv have some sort of storage so that it can temporarily store content so it can buffer it, or will it be strictly streaming, or do we not know how it will work?

The new Apple TV will no doubt have internal storage for buffering I wouldn't be shocked if there was an 8gb chip in there for the OS and other internal uses like buffering and one day an app store.
