My IPad is my first Apple product. I have had it for about a year and have been fairly successful using it. However, a while back I stopped getting sound on posted videos on it. Also I can no longer send emails from it although I get incoming mail on it. I have looked at and tried everything I know how to do in settings. I must be missing something?

Honestly, your best bet is to call Apple or set up a genius appointment. It's not a sexy answer, but there are just so many questions to ask and it would be a lot easier if we were more hands on.
