What a bunch of CRAP! Give us something that is worth our time. I could care less about the amount of minutes I have left before I go OVER my allotted minutes; maybe I might have to dig into my 10,000+ ROLLOVER minutes.... Dumbest ideas yet, from AT&T....

Nice find, thanks

I have to agree here. These things don't amount to anything. Customer satisfaction should come in the form of free something or other for a few months because of a delay in..., well you know.:)

Edit: This is why the iphone needs to be on more US carriers. Without choice, this is the kind of dog bone you are going to get.

Wait did I read that right? You can't have a custom voicemail greeting in the US???

You may have read it wrong:

"...would provide a means for users to disable the custom Voicemail greeting -- as well as AT&T's standard Voicemail introduction -- heard by other users. "

One thing I wish AT&T would do

is let us sell or trade or gift which would be the same as sell lol our Roll over minutes. So I am mot using them somebody else need minutes both parties are now happy!

i can manage my minutes like an adult and im prefectly fine with the generic AT&T voicemail greeting, so this is totally pointless to me. Too bad I actually got excited to read this.

how about a decent working network where my Missed Calls don't suddenly show up on the iphone screen!

Really, who gives a toss? The voicemail set-up is not an issue that is on my radar at all!

How about free MMS for a certain period of time to make up for the prior lack of it? How about a a price-drop on service for a specified amount of time, to win customer loyalty back???

I have rarely read on these forums complaints about voicemail set-up, and this is what ATT is focusing on? This is what they have "heard" and are responding to?

fail.
