New Birthday present!!

Since today is my 14th birthday my parents ordered me an iMac G4 for my soon to be iMac collection! It is a 15 inch, 40 gb HD, 700 mhz. processor, and 512 mb of RAM. It is slightly used and running tiger. I got it for 275$. Was this a good deal. I most likely won't use it much since i have 2 macbooks but I would like to know what I could use it for (like how powerful is it?) Thanks in advance. I can't believe im so excited for such an old computer!

Using it as an iTunes media server or torrent box is really it.

We grabbed a 17-inch one with the same specs a few years ago for my daughters room. Works great for watching movies, ripping DVDs, managing her iPod content, playing flash games on the web, playing around with garage band. They do a lot of drawing on it in Kids Pics and Art Rage. It's great for general web surfing / emailing too. True, you're not going to edit HD video or 12 megapixel raw photos on it or anything, but it still works great for general computing.
