new carrier update available (false alarm - it's only 5.6)

I know what a carrier update is - I was just wondering what this specific one is for. Anyway, I didn't realize that I was still on 5.5 so this was the 5.6 update that's been out for a while (this was the first time itunes prompted me to update the carrier settings in a while). My bad.
