Resolved New Catalina install - keychain doesn’t show passwords

Just as the title says, recently upgraded to Catalina, and now none of my passwords stored in iCloud show up in Keychain Access.app

Neither does Safari show any passwords, therefore auto fill doesn’t work.

If this is useful info to someone, I wasn’t signed in to iCloud on Mojave. I upgraded to Catalina, then logged in.

restarted few times. Tried to turn iCloud Keychain on and off. Nothing worked. First time I ever see something like this.

why, you have the same problem?

It resolved on itself. Next day I went to check it out, and all my passwords were there.
