It has recently come to our attention that installing the OS X software on anything but a Mac violates Apple's End User License Agreement. We received an anonymous email informing us of the legality issues which referenced the Psystar case and we definately don't want to recreate that case. It was never our intention to violate Apple's EULA in any way. In light of this, we have discontinued this offer.

Or they realized that their PR move no longer works anymore. I doubt that this guy ever sold or had any intention of selling a hackintosh. It was all smoke and mirrors to promote something else.

mhmmm . . . quite possible.

Interesting. What do you think it might be?

I dunno, selling computers (normal computers) is my best guess. Who really knows?

I am generally suspicious of people who start a business based on activity that is hard to ignore the recent activities of Psystar. This guy acts as though he never heard of these guys, never read any portion of a license and right after he was “informed" a couple of days later says “OK I change my mind” makes me really suspicious.
