New cut and paste icons on iPad keyboard

When I first updated this morning, I saw the scissors icon for cut and now I don't see it. All I see is the u-shaped arrow going to the left, one going to the right and the square which I assume is paste. Any ideas why I m not seeing the scissors? I've tried doing a reset and it still is not there.

You need to highlight something or copy something first. Also, it depends on what app you're in. If you're in Mail, once you highlight something or copy it, you will get the cut/copy/paste icon.

I just tried exactly what you said and I am still not getting those 3 icons.
