Huh? That makes no sense. Am I missing the joke?
Anyways, do you think this is at least page 2 worthy?
Yeah I got the same email about the developers conference. I can't wait for the new ipod.
okay, Perhaps you have not seen how Apple ships their
products which have not been officially announced. No I didn't get an email. And I am a stock holder who listens to all calls, reads all
press releases, and reads the boards with several other
AAPL stock owners on a regular basis. No one else has mentioned anything about a DMB ipod. In addition, it would be totally out of character for Apple to officially send out an email saying shhh don't tell anyone about our latest secret. Unless of course, they are just looking for more sites to sue. And to your question... I don't think Macrumors believes it. I'm sure they use somewhat reliable source reporting and verification.
Now another point. If you read your reliable friend's
original post, you'll see that Dave will be playing solo at the developers conference in June. Honestly, I can't see Steve having a bunch of people watching Dave play on a big screen via satellite. There's too much energy they like to keep up at the conference. Plus read on about the bash. Well, since Dave and the band will be
playing the 5th in PA, 7th and 8th in OH and 10th in TN. That leaves Dave (a vocalist) the 6th and 9th to fly all the way to San Fran on a dry plane and back in just over 24 hours.
But wait - Just when you thought all I was going to do was blow holes in your story... The
Apple Campus Bash is Thursday Night - the 9th, the one night DMB doesn't have a concert. This doesn't match your keynote theory mentioned earlier. But it does give him plenty of time to get to San Fran and back.
But before I let you go, you have to know. In my line of work... "I got the same e-mail too... this is going to be SWEET!" Especially, with a
monkey dancing beside it - isn't reliable intel.
But I could and in this case, hope I am wrong. I'd love to see DMB jump on board with Apple full force.
Yeah, I suffer from insomnia.
Do the math.
