I am a college student that has been saving and waiting for the release of the new macbookpro 15.4 for seven months. Now that its here I am so excited to think that one might be arriving on my doorstep in the next few weeks. Now my only concern is that Apple will introduce a "striking new industrial design" soon after my purchase. Does anyone know of the next design and when it "should be released" for the macbookpro 15.4?

if they update it within 14 days of your purchase, take it back and exchange it. the likelihood of them updating anything before october is slim to none. nobody knows what new designs will come out nor when...not even apple
it will be months before we see a major update.
hell, it was 8 months between the release of the 2nd gen C2Ds and the 3rd gen C2D. (according to Coconut Battery, which says my battery is 8 months old). Got mine at the beginning of Nov. when the C2D's came out. Week 43.
