I wouldn't want any computer desk that wasn't height-adjustable. You might be better off looking at the Frederik or Galant desks they have, if you're not particularly sold on this desk.

I'd love to get a new desk. my problem is that desk is so big that the room was actually built around the desk. this means we would have to take the desk apart in pieces which wouldn't be my first choice.

I don't think you want your Keyboard and Mouse where these 2 drawers are. This would obscure your view on either device. I think that would be too low anyway since this desk is not that high.

Although the depth of that desk is fairly small I would put keyboard and mouse on top of it.

The Aluminum and the brown Desk look very classy by the way. I saw a similar Desk last week with a new 27" Imac on it. Very nice.

You could also buy something like this and put a keyboard shelf under it.

thx all

i would ofcourse get a desk with more depth if i could, but i kinda dont have the biggest appartment, so im trying to get some furniture, so that the space doesnt get clogged up.

Heading out monday to look at the desk.

Will post some pictures if i buy it

For my main computer system (in my basement), I use a Saunder's Desk/Hutch - that was purchased at my local Sears store. Think we paid $160 for it. re:

Note: If I wanted to raise it, I'd put 2x4s under it. Vision kick-plate on the underside of many kitchen cabinets. For us, the height of this desk is great as well..

This desk might work for you as well...

Hi,
if you want a proper desk then you need something like this. But I must warn you that this (and desks like it) aren't cheap.
Fully height adjustable...
