New "drag to the top"-windows management feature. How to disable?

Is it possible to disable the new "drag to the top"-windows management feature in OS X El Capitan?

Ok, I have figured it out. No need to answer my question.

Ok, apparently I found out that I didn't manage to disable the feature. Can anybody help me out?

I wonder this too. It triggers too easily when all I want is just to move the window to the top of the screen (under the menu bar).


Edit:

Disabling ”Displays have separate Spaces” in System Preferences -> Mission Control (and loggin out) helps, but it also disables the new feature to get two fullscreen windows side by side:
