Tried to right click on a pdf file in a folder today and do the 'new email with attachment' like i always do, and it doesn't seem to kick me to mail or open a new message like before. If mail isn't open it bounces and shows to be open, but doesn't switch me to it or open a new message.

Anyone else have this problem?

It's moved to a submenu in the right click-menu called Share. Or you can use the Share-button in Finder.

I don't know. I was having the same 'problem' as you, then all of a sudden that option in the right click menu just disappeared. I'm guessing it's something that's left from Lion that's not supposed to be there.

I had the key command "cmd-opt-shft-M" set to perform "New email with attachment".

How can I assign a key command for "share - email" to replace this lost functionality?
