It's probably capable of running Windows 7 for the most part... I wish one of these better MBA-inspired Atom notebooks would actually come on the market in quantity....

Make sure you watch the video. Funny how the video of the fake, probably runs cooler on the fake then on the real one... For only $265?! Good build quality, same screen size, same weight, 2 USB, HDMI and LAN port... But runs XP.

and runs with a atom cpu :/

however to the price its quite nice for a sweet 13inch netbook :) paid something like $175 for my asus 1005ha a few months back it does about the same just with no hdmi but 3 usb and only 10.1inch

$175 is just an estimate as im too lazy to check how much the 2000kr is in us $ ... i might be way off but i've seen it priced arround $200 on newegg i guess

seems nice for a little netbook, without alot of compromise.
just sort of confused why the kept it with all the Apple labeling and whatnot...

HDMI is kind of pointless on a device with a GMA500 as it can barely play HD video, and even with flash 10.1 beta it can't do youtube HD.

the one i posted pictures of has intel's 4500MHD and has LED backlighting , 3 hour battery.
I have to say that the battery life is pretty bad, specially considering devices like the Asus UL30, Acer Timeline, or Samsung X360, which all have the same exact specs(and also the option of SU9x00 line of the Core 2 Duo) get like at least 5-6 hours. They maybe a bit thicker, but again the battery life sure makes up for it.

Same here. It looks like an Air ripoff which it is clearly meant to be, but if they'd styled it as an original device and not used the apple logo or MacBook Air name surely it would fly off the shelves like **** off a shovel.

Sad how a rip off fake MBA has better specs than the original... Apple, wake up, here the calls.
How much RAM and how large the HD, SSD?

Not really. The real MBA has dual core CPU, the fake has an Atom (single core and slower), plus less math proficient. But anyone looking for a netbook, this fake one is really pretty nice. Looks like an MBA (thin, light and stylish), but netbook specs for $300 or so. But I am sure we all understand that the MBA is more of a real computer (and priced accordingly).

I like the style but I personally would rather just carry around my 13" MBP, why buy another 13" machine? (and yes I understand that it would be lighter...)
