I think I've discovered a new FaceTime bug. Here's how to recreate it:
Phone someone on their iPad using your iPhone.
Try to flip the camera to the rear one.
Your iPhone will claim another app is using the phone, and the remote iPad will show paused video.
You can get the video working from your iPhone again by flipping up the home line and minimising facetime, and then opening it again by touching on the green call active call button on the top left of your iPhone screen.
It doesn't seem to happen iPhone to iPhone, or iPad to iPad.
It's worked as described above for several iPhones and several iPads.
