Just got the Property Data Book Version 1.1 approval.

What's New in Version 1.1
Thanks to your feedback, we've made significant improvements to our Reverse Address/Phone Lookup forms to ensure faster and easier address/phone entry.

We have added new buttons on the middle task bar. Use a single-finger horizontal swipe to see all task bar buttons.

1. The buttons for the new lookup forms are on the middle task bar:
- Tap on the 'Contacts' button to choose an address/phone from your phone Contacts.
- Tap on the 'Address' button to go to the Reverse Address Lookup form.
- Tap on the 'Phone' button to go to the Reverse Phone Lookup form.

2. Validation as-you-type to help you provide correct address or phone:
- Zip code validation: Shows a valid next digit(s) list depending from the previous digit(s) you entered.
- State validation: Shows a list of states based on the first digit of the Zip code you entered.
- Phone validation: Shows a valid next digit list depending from previous Area code digits you entered. Shows a list of states based on the Area code.

3. Auto-populating city/state fields to ensure there are no errors:
- City names are populated automatically based on the state and the five-digit Zip code.
- City names and State abbreviations are automatically populated and verified based on the five-digit Zip code.

4. Auto-formatting as-you-type to speed up address/phone entry.
- The State field limits the entry to two letters. State abbreviations are capitalized automatically.
- The Phone Number field limits the entry to a 10-digit number.
- In phone numbers, dashes are added automatically to the appropriate positions.

Note: As-you-type validation doesn't need connectivity to work.

What is new in Property Data Book Version 1.2

Announcing Property Data Book Version 1.2: iOS 8.1 Update; Owner Contact Info, Including Phone Numbers; and More

We are excited to announce the release of PropertyDB 1.2 on the iTunes App Store!

The new app version has been updated for iOS 8.1 and is available for free download or update for both new and current users. You can now use PropertyDB to find out who owns a property and to get owner's contact info, including phone number and mailing address.

What is new:
PropertyDB has been updated for iOS 8.1, including support for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Our property database has been updated to include information on over 140 million U.S. properties, updated weekly.

Property owner's contact info, including mailing address and phone number, is now included in the Property Report, making it easier to identify the decision maker for property.

PropertyDB identifies if an owner is owner-occupant, absentee (out of state or out of city) owner, or corporate owner.

Building addresses an building owners are also included.

If you have previously purchased property reports, you can update them to include the Owner Contact Info for free. Look for the Update label next to properties in your saved Searches and saved Properties.

Using saved data doesn't require network connectivity. You can access the property & owner data you have purchased anywhere, even in areas without network connection, and it won't empty your battery.

Your purchased Credits now show up across multiple devices on same iCloud account. You'll need to sign in to iCloud using the same Apple ID.
