I was just hired at an Apple retail location as a BOH Specialist. I really want to work my way into a Creative or Genius position, but I kind of worry that as someone who works in inventory won't have much of a chance compared to the people who are selling the products at the front of the store.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to advance to this position and how to help make myself stand out? I want to prove that I will be an indispensable part of the creative team!
