My GF had a previous model very similar to that and it was a huge piece of junk. So if you are asking if Apple should build junk, then your answer is no.
 
Whatever. That is no where near as small or cheap as a mini.

Should the mini have some of the features in the future? Of course and if Apple decides to revamp it, it probably will.
 
its not bad looking overall.

its a bit more than i'd want to spend, with some unnecessary features for me personally that would make it cheaper too. but basically yes its the direction in which the mini should go.
 
This basically looks like another so called Mac Mini Pro or Mac computers that many many people want.
