Anybody having this issue where you click on term and conditions and it won't do anything and stay like this? Or you have to enter your password for many many times and still nothing? Yes I did go into my subscription setting and check all my infos and my Apple card which everything is up to date.

yea people are having this problem. I signed out of iCloud and signed back in and this message is still there. Everything from my desktop is gone for some reason. My other mac didn't get this message though

Yes, second day. Tried the sign-out, restart, and sign-in only to see this. Wow, getting to be more problems than ever. Had the same thing on iPad pro and 13.1 update

One Mac, no issue. Second Mac, took a few attempts and then a bit of time for the agreement to appear.

Hi, Guys.

There’s not a lot of chatter about this, primarily because it only affects a few few iPhone/iPad users who happen to have and use more than one Apple ID on their device. This is you, so here’s how to fix this:

  1. Tap Settings > Internet Accounts, and then tap on the first iCloud account. If an approval is pending, you should see the Terms and Conditions popup.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap the Accept link.
  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for any other iCloud accounts you have showing in the list of accounts.
