Is anyone else having problems loading the new Mac version of the kitchen planner? Each time I tick the box to say I have read and agreed with the rules and then click download, the next page comes up and tells me to click on the image to download and then restart the browser but apart from these 2 lines of text, nothing else comes up (I'm in the Spanish page - if I do it through the English page it says RESnotfound)

I have Snow Leopard on an intel based iMac of 3 GHz with version 5.0.3 of Safari, all of which are above the minimum spec required. I keep trying but can't get past this page.

Has anyone else tried?

It worked for me, though I get that message too after I press download.
But it downloads anyways a file called "2020PluginInstaller.dmg" and if I install the plug-in (drag and drop) and restart Safari, I can access that Kitchen Planner.

Thanks - I'll try that. Firstly I'll check to see if it's hiding in my system somewhere because I've tried to download it so many times that I probably already have it but thanks for the direct link - hopefully it'll work.
