New iMac in August?

August 8th is the iMac's birthday and since it will be 2 years since the last form factor came out, AND because they have proved Intel works in the same machine as before, do you see new iMacs arriving this Fall? Surely rev. B, but new form?

Also, do you think they will up the processor to Merom, or just a speed bumped duo?

I don't think we'll see a new form anytime soon. If they would have changed it I think they would have when they switched to Intel. As for Merom, it's a possibility but I'm thinking we'll just see a speed bumped Yonah, depending on how the Powermacs shape out.

Didn't Merom get delayed? Anyway, Rev. B should be sometime during the summer but I don't see new form factors coming out. Hopefully they'll do higher resolution displays/ 23" display.

I think they'll go:

1.83Ghz -> 2Ghz
2Ghz -> 2.16Ghz (Upgradeable to 2.33Ghz)
