Hi,

I've been googling and MRoogling all morning about this and I didn't find anything!

I received my new iMac 2009 this week and now, I'm trying to transfer or copy my calendar/contacts FROM my iPhone to my calendar/contacts to my new iMac so I don't have to add them all manually on my computer.

Is there a way to do this via iTunes?

Thanks in advance.

My settings are the following ( my system is up to date )

iPhone 3G
iMac 2009 running 10.5.6
iTunes 8.1

you can sync everything back to your mac BUT your music.

heres how:

1 open itunes on new computer
2 click on "store" in menu
3 click "authorize account"
-enter username & password to make the new computer authorized
4 plug in your iPhone
5 it shouldn't ask you to erase and sync if it does click cancel
6 click on your iphone and go to "Info" tab. check all that you wish to sync.
7 Sync your iPhone and click "Merge Info" (if you checked anything other than stuff on info tab it will ask you to erase and sync)
8 Once your stuff has been sync'd to your computer you can then click apps ringtones etc and it will erase and resync but keep your other data. You can keep your apps though by doing this

1. click file
2. click "transfer purchases from x iphone)
3. donezo.

Awww! thanks!

I just forgot to click the sync in the 'Info' tab.

Worked wonders
