New Imac orders pushed to two weeks delivery

I think this is "telling."

Why? The 27-inch with Core 2 Duo is also on 2 weeks, which makes me think they are going to try to figure something out in regards to the displays.

I guess I won't be getting one for the holidays, but perhaps in January they will be sorted out!

What happens to the people with one on order already, but not yet assembled? If it is purely due to demand, then I guess it is nothing. But, if they are trying to fix the problem, then will our orders get pushed back?

If it's the "screen issues" they are fixing...then yes. I mean, unless you want one WITH a "screen issue".
