Hello. I just got a new iMac. When I plugged in for the first time, the photos app on the iMac had iCloud on and it sucked all my photos into photos, which I didn’t want.
I un checked the iCloud box in the photos app on the new iMac and deleted the photos. The photos are still on my iPhone and fine. I tested by plugging into my Mac mini and all photos are showing up in my Mac mini photos app.
Here is my issue. When I plug into my new iMac directly with the lightening chord/usb, all photos aren’t showing up in the photos app. Only about the first 150 out of 800 are showing up and the rest are a tan square. Now, when I click a photo and import the photo shows up fine. Is there a reason why I can’t see all the thumb nails?
Thanks for any info.
