New imac questions

hello I just recieved my imac 24" 2.8ghz, 2gb of ram, 8800gs

I was wondering a few things.
First off is my screen damaged? Right besides the eyesight camera there is like a few dots.
second the imac seems really hot
Does this sound ok?
I downloaded istat and got this

cpu a 41 degrees
cpu a 40
gpu 51
gpu diode 58
gpu heat sink 50
ambient 27
memory controller 47
airport card 43


fans
cpu fan1201 rpm
hard drive 1200
optical drive 699


one more question I recieved the canon printer , it doesnt have a usb but it does support blue tooth, when I try to find the printer through the imac it doesnt find anything.

Congratulations on making the switch!

First, your temps seem good, so there is no problem there. (The top left side can become extremely hot on mine) Second, are the dots on the actual screen, or are they in the black border? If you post a picture, i'll be sure to take a look.

Its on the black border
Its probably an right besides the light that comes on when ur using the isight
I hope this isn't bad

Can you take a picture of it? It's weird to think you could even see any dots located on the black border.

Not that I don't believe you, I just can't picture it in my head...

I dont have a camera, its nothing big just wondering what it was. Ill find a camera and get a picture.
 
don't worry about the picture man.

i bet the dot comes on whenever you're using your camera right?

its a green dot?

that just signals that your camera is on man, no worries.

If its possible could you post a hi resolution picture of your top imac around the isight?

One more question, how do I know if my screen has the bleeding problem
