Hi,
Mine consumes 3 watts when sleeping, 93 watts on minimum brightness and 127 watts on full brightness. Note that this is for the 24" 2.4GHz, 320G model with 4GB of RAM. I run mine on minimum brightness all the time because max brightness is way too bright to sit in front of.

So, for 24x7 operation you have 93x24=2232 watt hours or 2.232 killowatt hours. You will need to find out what a killowatt hour costs you from your provider and multiply by that. For me it's 9.53p/kwh so 24x7 operation would cost me 21.27p per day or £77.64 per year.

Note that this could probably be reduced by allowing your screen to go to sleep even if you need the CPU to be busy 24x7. I'm assuming that you wouldn't be watching the screen 24x7...

Final note - the 93 watt figure assumes the CPU is idle. It will consume more if it is running flat out. Just checked and it is 122 watts at full CPU with minimum brightness and 152 watts at full CPU with max brightness.

I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Craig.

ps. All measurements done with a commercial plugin power monitor.
