Hi guys,
I bought a new iMac 5 days ago and I seem to be running into this 'beach ball' a lot. I've never owned a mac computer before so I'm not 100% sure what it means. But I presume it's something to do with like a loading symbol or like busy kind of thing. But I didn't think it would make my new computer freeze when I'm doing simple things like surfing the internet or just having 1 or 2 programs/windows open. I thought it should be able to handle that? I haven't done anything more labour extensive.
Anyway, it's resulted in sometimes having to just reboot the thing. Considering I have a 14 day return policy is this something worth talking to the people at apple about? or is this kind of expected for new macs?
Any info would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
