new imac

I had my new imac 2,8 with 2 gig of ram for one week....I really love the machine. My son has an mac lap top, and have been talking with him on ichat, great. But i do have one problem that has come up several time. I have an yahoo account and for some reason i can't always log on? anyone have any thought about this?

Everything i had with my old winxp machine seem to work with no problem.

Are you use the official Yahoo Messenger, Adium or some other client to connect with Yahoo?

I'm sure you're aware it doesn't work through iChat (unless you know some plugin/something I don't...)

Often Yahoo failing to connect is just a Yahoo network problem; it doesn't seem tremendously reliable at times.
