Just got it in the mail and on two of the inside corners (that will be touching the phone) there seems to be like gritty, rough patches almost like something wasn't fully sanded off.

Anyone else experience this and also any idea if this will scratch up my phone?

I've noticed that there's always dust and whatnot in the case, so I wipe it down quite often, and the end of the case seems to have developed a small crack on each side of the speaker and the microphone. Haven't noticed any rough spots, but I'm starting to take my iPhone out of the case at night....:(

I am just worried about scratching my phone. One reason I was afraid of a hard case to begin with, but this one is so enticing.

I have 4 feathers, only one had what seemed like a little raised piece of plastic on the inside. I knicked it off no problem. Almost like when your fingernail peels a tiny tiny bit at the tip.

I will say though...Incipio customer support is unbelievable. I had a problem with a white $5 Att store feather discoloring. Spoke to them via live chat on their site, and they sent me another case on the house. All they needed was a picture of the problem. They even let me choose a replacement color, which I chose black and it's my favorite of them all. I'm extremely grateful, as the black case is certainly not $5.

Don't hesitate to contact them at all if you're not happy with anything.

Good idea, thanks!

I second their incredible customer service - it truly rocks!!!

I ordered a case which arrived this past friday and by the end of the weekend the coating was peeling off (almost like peeling skin after a sunburn) which the coating is more matte and where it peeled was shiny so it looked awful on top of the fact that it was peeling.

I gave them a call and they just requested I email a picture and they would send out a replacement. No hassle at all - truly superior customer service!!!

Gotta agree with the sentiment on their customer service. I had a black Feather break on the thin strip between the chrome bezel and the volume rocker switch. They asked me to e-mail them a pic along with my order number. Got the new one the NEXT day, free of charge. I'm in Minnesota and they are in California. They earned a life-long customer.

As far as the case is concerned, no hard edges on the inside, but do deal with dust getting in the inside. I just take the case off once a week and give a good wipe down. Thinking about getting their hip belt case to use during work hours.
