New iOS11 bug?

hi guys.

Firstly... My 1001st post yayyy

Anyway

My girlfriends iPhone keeps having this error come up when sending gifs.

It ONLY shows when she is using cellular (full bars), it doesnt appear when using wifi. Error been showing since 11.0, at the moment on 11.2.5, still there.

Ideas? Havent seen this reported anywhere?

Here in the US on AT&T.
Have not seen that issue with either a 7+ or an IPP on LTE.
I am going to assume you have Cellular Data and Roaming turned on.

Hmm i thought that may be the issue too but ive already looked through her settings and everything is as per normal. Mines never had the issue
