There seems to be a lack of 10.5" covers. Both sides for protection. What's up with that?

I just got the apple Smart Keyboard. While I think it's slightly over priced for what is. To me it's the best keyboard the others add to much bulk and use Bluetooth. None which I like.
Slightly? Surely you jest! I think even Apple's janotor is taking the family to Hawaii for vacation.
