iPad Pro new iPad 12.9 Pro order spec?

Setting specs on a new iPad 12.9 Pro.

128 vs 256 GB?

Have a 11" 2018 64GB with 44GB available (with 44 videos, 2300 pics and 38 apps). All other data on Dropbox shared with iMac Pro and 13" MacBook.

Only $100 more for 256 . . . seems like a no-brainer. +$200 more for 512 seems excessive?

Any experience is appreciated.

Can't disagree with your logic, personally 256GB is my min for any device (except my mobile!) but doesn't sound like your ever going to need close to 512

If that $100 isn't a problem, 256 seems like a good idea.

Definitely 256GB for your use case. Avoid 128GB.

$100 extra is a no brainer when you barely used up your 64GB model? I would use that money towards accessories or AppleCare+
